Anytime is a great time for a little pampering - but that's especially true during pregnancy.  I went to see Bonni at 34 weeks into my pregnancy with my first child.  My lower back and hips hurt so bad at the time, it was difficult to walk.  Bonni's prenatal massage was terrific and just what I needed!  The massage was for the whole body, giving special attention to the areas bothering me most.  The atmosphere was calming and comfortable and the massage was so fabulous that I'll be going back every week until the baby is born.  I wish I'd started going sooner!

I just wanted to tell you that I am still enjoying yesterday's massage. It was awesome! One that I find difficult to describe to someone who has not had the opportunity to experience it, first hand. (Oops, a small pun.) It was not just a massage, it was a whole body, mind, spirit experience. I think it also helped my recent body issues more than the chiropractor's treatments, because it focused on the whole body and not just individual parts.
